Why I Could Never Be A Jazz Guitarist
One of my guitar teachers is very jazzy, and when I listen to some of my music I definitely hear jazz influences. However, I was watching a Louis Armstrong video on the Internet one day, a live version of Hello Dolly, and afterwards I thought to myself: "Yeah man, those cats were swingin'!" It was at that point that I realised I could never be a jazz guitarist; I could never say that naturally in a conversation!
