Final Fantasy VII Piano Collection

During my teenage years, I developed tinnitus in my right ear, most likely because I played the drums too loud without any hearing protection. During the day it was not noticeable, but at night when everything was quiet I could hear it and I wouldn't be able to sleep. To help me sleep, I played Final Fantasy VII Piano Collection on repeat on my hifi at the lowest volume so I didn't disturb anyone else. This helped me sleep back then, but nowadays it doesn't bother me too much, I guess I've learnt to live with it. Please don't damage your ears!
