Egg Custard Tarts
I was making egg custard tarts with my little brother one day. We had to go outside, but there was a fly in the kitchen. I put a colander over the saucepan, to protect the syrup from flies, but they could still get in under the handle. It was my little brother that suggested I use the saucepan lid. Why didn't I think of that!?
